Enjoy beer sampling at Barratt's Ringland Park An opportunity to sample a range of beers is being offered by Barratt Eastern Counties at its Ringland Park development in Costessey, near Norwich, on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd June.

The Beer Academy, which promotes the knowledge and enjoyment of beer, will be present between 12 pm and 4 pm on each day to introduce prospective homebuyers to the delights of different beers and to show how they can be successfully paired with a selection of canapés.

Ringland Park is part of the new village at Queen's Hills in Costessey, just a few miles from Norwich. Barratt is building a wide range of homes, suitable for everyone from first-time buyers to families of all sizes. With four new show homes open for viewing - a two-bedroom apartment and houses with two, three or four bedrooms - and some excellent incentives for purchasers, there are many good reasons to visit.

Currently available at Ringland Park are two-bedroom apartments starting from £132,995 and three and four-bedroom houses priced from £179,995. If you are moving up the property ladder, Barratt can buy your existing home through its popular Part Exchange scheme, leaving you free to buy one of its new houses.
