One big event and a huge choice of homes!

8th August 2008 Print
One big event and a huge choice of homes! Three leading housebuilders are joining forces to offer property-seekers a bigger and better range of brand new homes in Costessey, Norwich. Visitors are invited to come along to enjoy a barbecue, refreshments and amazing money-saving offers at Laing Homes' Queen's Hill development between 4pm and 8pm on Friday 15th August.

They'll not only find out about the homes and incentives available from Laing, but also those from George Wimpey at Queens Hills, and from Bryant Homes at its development in Costessey, The Hampdens.

Steve Rolt, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: "This exciting event gives people the opportunity to choose from all three of our high-quality brands in Costessey, so they can pick the best properties and best incentives to suit them.

"Our Sales Executives at each of the three developments will be on hand to answer questions and provide details about the range of incentives available, which include special mortgage offers, support for first-time buyers and help for home-owners in selling an existing property.

"Costessey is a fantastic area in which to enjoy the best of both worlds - the city of Norwich and the beautiful Norfolk countryside are just a few minutes away. House-hunters are sure to find their perfect home at this event."

Visitors will be able to choose from apartments from £115,995, three-bedroom houses from £159,995 and four-bedroom houses from £182,995.

Incentives can be tailored to customers circumstances and are subject to availability.

Taylor Wimpey's developments at Costessey - Queens Hills and The Hampdens - feature a stunning range of contemporary apartments, townhouses and detached family homes, with selected designs enjoying Juliet balconies, en-suite facilities and private gardens.

All properties enjoy a high standard specification, including central heating, double glazing, and fitted kitchens with built-in ovens, hobs and hoods.

The developments combine the advantages of living in an established village with the benefits of brand new facilities to accompany this expanding community, including local shopping, a library and a school.

Costessey lies just six miles from Norwich, putting quality shops, sports and cultural amenities within easy reach. The Norfolk Broads and miles of unspoilt coastline are also close by. For commuters, central Norwich is just a 15-minute drive, where the mainline railway station can be found.

To attend the event, visit the Laing Homes sales centre at Queen's Hills, located off Sir Alfred Munnings Road, Costessey, Norwich, between 4pm and 8pm on Friday 15th August.

Free transport will be provided to take visitors to see the George Wimpey and Bryant developments.
