New Norwich neighbourhood will be known as ‘The Rise' An attractive new neighbourhood of Norwich is starting the New Year with a new name, reflecting the growing popularity of the Bryant Homes development. ‘The Rise' is attracting a wealth of eager home-buyers, keen to grab the opportunity to own a brand new property within easy reach of the city centre from just £89,995.

Stacy Dornan, Sales Manager for Bryant Homes East Anglia, says: "The development began life as ‘Cobblers Mews' due to the shoe-making heritage of the area, but as people have moved in, the neighbourhood has developed a new and distinct character of its own, and we feel ‘The Rise' appropriately reflects the geography of the area and the fact that it is a community which is on the up!"

Homes currently available at The Rise include one and two-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom houses. Each apartment features a spacious living room and a contemporary fitted kitchen with built-in oven, hob and hood, while selected designs benefit from an en-suite to the master bedroom in addition to a main bathroom, while the secure lobby provides storage for bicycles. All new homes at the development have allocated parking or a garage.

Situated to the north of the city of Norwich, The Rise offers an abundance of shopping, pubs, bars, restaurants and leisure pursuits. Closer still, local shops and amenities are available in Silver Road, next to the development.
