The Harrington family are happy. They’re in their brand new three-bedroom, two- bathroom home at The Chase, Norwich. Buying now means that Louise is able to start studying for a fashion degree in autumn and still care for her young children, Liberty, 4 and Sienna, 11 months, without having to return to work.
David Harrington, 33, who works for a telecoms company, adds: “We never believed we would be able to afford to buy a home like this at the moment and feel that our first step on the property ladder has been a real achievement. The security of owning our own home means a lot to us.”
They purchased their new three-bedroom terraced property for £160,000, proving that now is a great time to get on the market to take advantage of historically low property prices.
