New homes for under £50k in Watton First-time buyers are being given a great opportunity to make this the year they stop spending money on rent and invest in a brand new home of their own for as little as £230 per month .

By choosing a two-bedroom apartment from only £49,995* at Bryant Homes’ new Blenheim Grange development in Watton in Norfolk, customers can receive a low-interest loan to help them find their feet in the property market, in addition to assistance with their deposit and legal fees.

Nicola Bullivant, Regional Sales Manager for Bryant Homes, says: “This is a golden opportunity for today’s tenants to step onto the property ladder and make significant savings.

“The First-Time Buyer Initiative is a Government-funded shared equity scheme which enables qualifying buyers to own a home with a mortgage for just 50% of the purchase price, with a low-interest loan making up the difference.

“Combined with lower property prices and access to a good mortgage, our customers can now own a home for as little as £230 per month, while to rent a new two-bedroom home at Watton would cost around £475 a month and leave the tenant nothing to show for it this time next year.”

First-time buyers can currently choose the two-bedroom ‘Rothay’ coach house featuring a large open-plan kitchen/reception room which will include a choice of stylish fitted units plus an integrated oven, hob and hood, a light and airy double bedroom, a generous second bedroom, and a bathroom off the entrance hallway completing the fabulous layout.

A selection of three and four-bedroom homes are also available at Blenheim Grange and prices start from only £112,995.

Bryant Homes offers a wide range of incentives to suit all purchasers, including the leading house-builder’s Marketmover scheme, which finds a buyer for customers with a home to sell and pays their estate agency fees.

Blenheim Grange enjoys a peaceful woodland location on the eastern fringes of the market town of Watton, which offer shops catering for everyday needs and a choice of nursery and primary schools.

For a wider choice of shopping and leisure, Thetford is an approximate 25-minute drive from the development and Norwich is approximately 30 minutes by road.

Blenheim Grange is located off Norwich Road, between Watton and Carbrooke and the Sales Centre is also Thursday to Sunday from 10am to 5pm and Mondays from 1pm to 5pm. Log on to bryant.co.uk for more details.
