New apartments unveiled in Norwich

New apartments unveiled in Norwich Norwich’s city centre plays host to one of the city’s most prestigious developments, Charles Church’s Fellowes Plain, and the site’s increasing popularity is set to heighten as the scheme’s much anticipated show apartments have now launched.

“Despite the current issues surrounding the economy and subsequently the housing market, we’ve had queues of interested househunters at our marketing suite, all looking to secure a piece of this beautiful development,” explains Jon Gibbs, sales director for Charles Church.

He adds: “To give our interested parties a taste of what living at this impressive site will be like, we’re launching not one, but two brand new show apartments at Fellowes Plain.”

Charles Church has styled a one bedroom apartment which has been built in the new section of the building as a contemporary modern flat, with fresh limes and striking white hues used throughout.

Meanwhile a two bedroom apartment, which has been sympathetically constructed where old meets new as part of the property remains in the historic old Hospital section of the development. This apartment has therefore been designed with a more traditional theme in keeping with the apartment’s internal specification and style. Charles Church has used a colour palette of soft cream with accents of beige.

Jon continues: “The apartments at Fellowes Plain are like no other, with a range of differing styles to choose from there’s something to suit all individual tastes. We chose to dress our show areas in contrasting styles to reflect their layout and situation in the building and I’m confident they will impress all who visit.”

Prices at the development start from £109,995 for a one bedroom apartment and with such competitive prices, Charles Church has received an influx of interest from purchasers.

Jon concludes: “Fellowes Plain is a shining jewel in Charles Church’s portfolio of developments and our involvement in the regeneration of Norwich’s city centre has been an exciting project and one that I am proud to say will be talked about for years to come.”

Fellowes Plain is situated just a short walk from the city centre and is surrounded by a number of Grade I listed buildings that forms part of the former hospital which have been carefully incorporated into the scheme. A show area is currently under construction and is due to launch this summer.
