Bloor launches homes fit for a king in Herefordshire

Bloor Homes is launching an exciting development of 46 new homes in the riverside town of Kington on 26 September, with a varied mix of two- to five-bedroom properties on offer. Prices start from £139,950.

Why not come along to the launch event at ‘Kington Park’ and find out more about the homes available. The fabulous showhome, styled by NEXT – one of the most successful high street retailers – will be open daily between 10.00am and 5.15pm.

Full of rich plum tones and a fantastic variety of furniture from NEXT HOME, the interiors reflect the stunning location in which Kington is set. The opulent tones feature throughout the living space and each room has been styled individually to reflect the diverse NEXT HOME interior range.

All customers who reserve a property at Kington Park during the launch weekend will receive a £1,000 NEXT gift card when they complete their purchase, so it would be well worth making space in your diary to visit on 26 or 27 September.

Diane Barbierato, who will be working as a Sales Advisor at the new development, said: “Our four-bedroom showhome will give visitors a real taste of the lifestyle they could enjoy at Kington Park. Anyone already familiar with Bloor will know that our homes are built to the highest specification and we are delighted to have worked with NEXT, which has injected some additional ‘wow factor’ into our showhome. To celebrate, we wanted to give our buyers the opportunity to add some stunning finishing touches of their own from the diverse range of items available from NEXT HOME and the Gift Card will enable them to do just that.”

Dianne added: “For those looking for a home in an English town that offers exceptional views of the open countryside and surrounding hills, you can’t get any better than Kington. Those who enjoy taking a leisurely stroll or a peaceful cycle ride will love the quiet country lanes around town. However, while having the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of living in a semi-rural environment, you will also be close enough to enjoy all that city life has to offer as Hereford is only around 20 miles away.

“Come along and visit the development and you can see for yourself what a great location this is and what fantastic value for money our homes offer.”

Some of the plots may be available on Bloor Homes’ Part-Exchange scheme, aimed at those who need to sell their current property prior to purchase. The scheme effectively eliminates the need to hire estate agents, and deal with viewings, making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Alternatively, buyers could benefit from Bloor’s HomesStart2 scheme which offers them the opportunity to initially pay just 85 per cent of the property price, with the remaining 15 per cent payable at any time within the first ten years, when the house is sold, when a purchaser’s financial circumstances improve, or simply by remortgaging at the end of the ten year period. This 15 per cent will be calculated at the current market value at the time it is repaid.

As well as by visiting the site, you can also find out more information on Kington Park, and other Bloor Homes’ developments by logging on to bloorhomes.com.

NEXT HOME has also styled the latest showhome at Bloor’s Monk Meadow Quay development in Gloucester which is also opening the same weekend. All of the NEXT HOME interior products used in the showhomes are available to order online at www.next.co.uk or in your local NEXT store.
