Barratt launches new show home in Bridgend

7th September 2007 Print
Changes are afoot at Coed Castell, one of the newest additions to the Barratt Homes portfolio in South Wales. A brand new showhome is set to open the Bridgend site and the existing show home is currently undergoing a renovation.

“Our new show home - The Neath - is a three-bedroom semi-detached house and it’s the ideal property for a family,” reports Sandra Dixon, Barratt Homes Sales Director.

“It has an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner and a study on the ground floor, and there’s another lounge on the first floor – so there are plenty of places to go if a teenager wants somewhere to study or if Mum or Dad want some peace and quiet.

“Our existing show home - The Irving - is a four-bedroom detached house and it’s currently being redecorated in attractive modern colours of lime, cream and light brown. It’s due to reopen in the next few days.”

The Neath semi-detached townhouse has an asking price of £219,995 and comes with an en-suite master bedroom, downstairs cloakroom and parking space for two cars.

The larger Irving home boasts a large kitchen, separate dining room, en-suite master bedroom, downstairs cloakroom and garage. Priced from £255,995, it offers fitted wardrobes in all four bedrooms.

Coed Castell nestles near the centre of Bridgend - close to shops (including a designer outlet), the beach and within easy reach of the A48 and the M4. The first phase of the development is currently being completed and the next phase will offer a selection of apartments and houses.

In addition to The Neath and The Irving, current availability at Coed Castell includes two bedroom coach houses and three-bedroom homes with prices ranging from £127,995 to £189,995
