Besieged by buyers in Brough

Persimmon Homes is in a celebratory mood after a flurry of sales at its Brough-based development. The Ferns on Welton Road has been selling since 2004 however interest in homes at the development is at all-time high and with 23 sales since the star of the year, Persimmon is astounded.

However, that is not the only reason for the advance purchases at The Ferns - we are finding that purchasers are desperate not to miss out and as a result, we are constantly increasing the number of properties on release way ahead of schedule.”
