Come ‘fly’ with Redrow

Come ‘fly’ with Redrow There’s an opportunity for home buyers to get a bird’s eye view of their potential new home if they visit Eastfields in the popular seaside town of Bridlington this weekend (July 28/29).

Redrow’s very own hot air balloon will be hovering over the sought-after development, weather permitting, and available for tethered rides on a first come first served basis.

Sue Lambert, sales director for Redrow Homes (Yorkshire) says:

“Visitors to Eastfields can already get a great view of our Malham show home – inside and out – but this weekend they’ll also have a chance to see the development and the surrounding area from above. It’s something a little bit different to inject some fun into the house hunting experience and we’ll also be offering light refreshments to all our guests.”

Anyone who reserves during the weekend will receive a complimentary balloon flight for two people when they legally complete.

Situated off Brett Street, close to the old town, current availability at Eastfields includes a mix of two, three and four-bedroom terraced homes and townhouses from £120,995.

Among them is the Malham, a three-storey townhouse, which includes a first floor lounge with French doors and a Juliet balcony overlooking the garden. On this same level, bedroom three would be ideal as a home study for those who don’t need the extra bedroom accommodation. The master bedroom with en-suite and bedroom two are on the floor above. The Malham is priced from £149,995 at Eastfields and also includes an integral garage.

The four-bedroom Neale is another townhouse design, priced from £151,995. Its main lounge and master bedroom with en-suite are on the first floor and the remaining bedrooms and family bathroom on the floor above, making it truly flexible for those with older children, different generations of the same family sharing a home or those who like to give their guests extra privacy.

There’s an extra living room area on the ground floor, together with the fitted kitchen/dining room, which has patio doors onto the garden. The Neale also has a detached single garage.

Sue adds: “Three-storey living is becoming the height of sophistication and offers home buyers more choice in how they arrange their living space. Whole areas can often be set aside for older children or visiting guests, for example, or spare bedrooms can double as an office, games room or gym. Flexibility is the key.”

As well as viewing the fully furnished Malham show home and potentially enjoying a tethered ride in the Redrow hot air balloon, would-be home owners will be able to find out about tempting incentives on selected plots, including carpets, curtains and turfed rear gardens to help ease homebuyers into their new life.

Located in the popular East Yorkshire coastal resort of Bridlington, with its sandy beaches and active working harbour, Eastfields offers easy access to a great holiday atmosphere and traditional seaside bars, pubs and clubs, as well as sporting and more sedate coastal pursuits. The development is also close to the lively Old Town area with its 17th century buildings and curiosity shops.

There are excellent commuter links to Hull, York and the rest of Yorkshire via the road and rail network.
