Three bedroom living is easy with Persimmon

Three bedroom living is easy with Persimmon Families hoping to buy a traditional three bedroom home should prepare to be disappointed if a report by the Land Registry is to be believed. According to the Land Registry, traditional three bedroom family homes are in desperately short supply.

However, Beverley-based Persimmon Homes East Yorkshire says it really isn’t that hard to find a property of this size and that would-be-buyers in Hull don’t even have to look far to find them.

Dispelling the myth that affordable, decent-sized family pads have become somewhat of a rarity, Persimmon’s Castle Grange development in Hull features a three bedroom property and, priced at £129,999, costs far less than the UK’s average three bedroom property, which currently stands at £225,000.

Karen Harrowell, sales director for Persimmon Homes East Yorkshire, said: “To say there’s a shortage of quality three bedroom homes simply isn’t the case in Hull.

“Today’s family home needs to offer flexible living space which not only offers a high specification, but also has the layout to accommodate demanding modern family life. This is exactly what buyers in Hull can expect from our three bedroom property at Castle Grange.”

Castle Grange is situated off Noddle Hill Way on the northern outskirts of Kingston-upon-Hull and is just four miles away from the city centre via the ring road. The development is also well placed for the A63. The nearby village of Sutton provides all required amenities including a supermarket and post office. For sports enthusiasts, the Ennerdale Sports Centre is approximately three miles away and the Sutton Park Golf Course is approximately one mile away.
