Hull Choices Centre is top choice for Barratt chairman

The new chairman of Barratt Developments PLC, Bob Lawson, praised the Kings Park showhomes and Choices Centre in Hull during his first visit to the region since his appointment in July.

The Kings Park development at Kingswood in Hull won the prestigious accolade of Barratt Sales Complex of the Year in 2007. Each of the five showhome interiors has a different theme, and the Choices Centre, a first for Barratt in the UK, provides a one-stop-shop where homebuyers can choose items from a wide selection including conservatories, fitted wardrobes, carpets and curtains for their new home.
