New show homes in good hands at the Wharf Barratt Yorkshire East's newest sales adviser has enjoyed an eventful introduction into her new role which is unlikely to get any quieter with the launch of two new showhomes at The Wharf development in Knottingley.

Glenis Wood started working for Barratt at the beginning of November. With 15 years experience in the industry she quickly found her feet in the new role and has had an action-packed first two months.

Glenis is a big fan of the Wakefield Wildcats and has a great love of dogs. Commenting on her new role, she says: "I've really enjoyed my first month with Barratt. I've helped a man to propose to his girlfriend in the house they are moving into, now as an engaged couple, I've already made my first sale and am now very busy with the launch of two new showhomes at The Wharf where I am now based."

The Wharf development accommodates the varied tastes of homebuyers with a selection of three bedroom townhouses and four bedroom family homes in different styles.

The recently launched Woodcote and Alderney showhomes offer homebuyers the chance to experience the development first hand.

The Woodcote is a four bedroom family house with an open-plan living/dining area that is ideal for family gatherings and French windows lead to a rear garden that the children will love. The kitchen features attractive, fitted contemporary units with a breakfasting area for informal dining, while the master bedroom benefits from a modern en-suite facility and separate dressing area.

The Alderney is a beautifully presented four bedroom detached home. It is also ideal for families with flexible living space including a spacious lounge, separate dining room and kitchen with a breakfasting area.
