Stamford Homes builds on reputation and quality Chic, contemporary, stylish and innovative – just some of the words associated with award-winning Stamford Homes. The Grimsby-based new homes builder is expanding into East Yorkshire, following the recent acquisition of Wright Homes.

Five new developments now come under the Stamford Homes umbrella – adding to the company’s extensive portfolio of locations and new homes to suit all tastes and budgets.

These range from town centre open-plan coach house style apartments and two-bedroom terraced homes to three and four-bedroom family homes in market town locations.

And as well as being a name synonymous with quality, Stamford Homes can offer many incentives to help curb the cost of buying a new home.

This is something the company is confident of demonstrating across is newly acquired developments in the relatively new territories of York, Hull, Holme on Spalding Moor, Beverley and Cottingham – all of which are at various build stages.

A mix of three and four-bedroom homes span the five developments, many of which are ready to move into now, or later this summer.

To mark its arrival in these areas, Stamford Homes has appointed experienced Melanie Parker as area manager for the developments – and a range of cost-curbing incentives are available across the board.

Stamford Homes sales director Steve Woomble, said: “The acquisition of these developments has come at a time when people are beginning to think more positively about the housing market, and it gives Stamford Homes an unrivalled chance to display some of our innovation and creativity in terms of design and service, and to display just why we already have such a high profile and excellent reputation across our existing region.

“Throughout the credit crunch and the subsequent months, Stamford Homes has not shied away from the challenging market, but in many ways has embraced the difficult times by offering a range of tailor-made incentives for people in number of circumstances – from people looking to step onto the housing ladder to those who already have an existing home to sell.

“Incentives to help save the customer cash and give them a lifeline to be able to move are available at most of our developments.”

These include:

- Part exchange – Perfect if you have an existing home to sell.

- Stamford ASSIST. Designed to make the purchase of a new home as hassle-free as possible.

- HomeBuy Direct. Many Stamford homes now qualify for the Government’s new HomeBuy Direct initiative. This allows the customer to own 100 per cent of the home for 70 per cent of the price AND no deposit required.

- Key Worker Package. Stamford Homes will pay 12 months worth of utility and household bills for key workers, including teachers, social workers, and emergency service workers. Subject to terms and conditions.

Steve added: “With such a comprehensive range of schemes, we are confident that most people can find something to suit their needs.”
