Stamford Homes boosts East Yorkshire sales team

Award-winning Stamford Homes has boosted its sales team in East Yorkshire – as sales at its newly acquired developments continue to soar.

While the Grimsby-based new homes builder is currently welcoming a number of new residents to its range of homes in Cottingham and Beverley – some familiar faces have taken up their posts with the company.

Sales negotiators Toni Wilkinson and Ellie Just are the respective faces of the Cottingham and Beverley developments; Cottagate and Vision.

And while each worked for Wright Homes before it was acquired by Stamford some weeks ago – they have now been appointed as key members of the Stamford Homes sales team in East Yorkshire – working alongside area manager for the new developments, Melanie Parker.

Toni is a very familiar face at Cottagate, not surprising as she actually lives on the development with her nine-year-old son. “Many people move to the development for the same reason as I did,” said Toni, “for the great schools in the area.”

Toni started working at the development during its infancy in 2006 – when the first footings were being laid. She has effectively grown up with the development and her neighbours!

A total of 49 stunning three and four/five-bedroom homes make up the development, offering modern townhouse designs in a traditional setting. Around half the development has now been sold.

People person Ellie is also celebrating continuing sales at the plush Vision development in Beverley - a sought after location on the edge of Hull. Ellie’s familiarity with the development stems from its original conception to the stage it is at now, boasting a fabulous range of uniquely styled three and four-bedroom homes.

These are being built in contemporary three-storey and also traditional two-storey designs. The second phase of the development is imminent, with only handful of the initial 33 homes currently remaining.

Both these developments are perfectly positioned within a short drive of Hull, and offer a host of amenities conveniently on the doorstep – including highly-regarded schools.

Stamford Homes has made its move on the new areas, with sales topping £3 million during the first few weeks of the acquisition.
