24th July 2009 Print
Pre-show home prices at Lyons Park The first homes are now taking shape at Barratt North East’s exciting new Lyons Park development in Hetton-le-Hole.

They include some of the housebuilder’s most popular designs for first-time buyers and families – and buyers ready to reserve their new home off-plan before the showhomes are built can benefit from especially low prices.

Barratt North East sales manager Steve Mariner said: “We have some terrific opening offers at Lyons Park and we’re confident that the development will be very popular with local househunters.

“There will be a showhome opening soon, so anyone reserving off-plan before then can take advantage of special pre-showhome prices. I’d advise anyone interested to come and see us.”

Homes released for sale include the 3-bedroom ‘Palmerston’, priced from £136,500, and the 4-bedroom detached ‘Ripon’ family home, from £185,500.

There are also two stylish townhouses – the 3-bedroom ‘Norbury’, priced from £170,500, and the 4-bedroom ‘Woodcote’, from £178,500.

The Palmerston design has an open-plan living room, fully-fitted kitchen with dining area and French doors into the garden, plus a cloakroom. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a single, and the family bathroom.

The Ripon offers plenty of well-designed living space, blending traditional exterior style with a versatile interior layout.

It incorporates an integral garage yet still manages to provide a breakfasting kitchen. There is a light and spacious living room, dining room with French windows into the garden, useful utility room, cloakroom, and an en suite to the main bedroom, plus family bathroom.

Lyons Park is located on Colliery Lane, Hetton, which is easy for commuting and within close reach of a wide range of amenities.

The sales centre is open from 10.00am to 5.00pm, Thursday to Monday. For more information visit barratthomes.co.uk.
