Two free initial valuations from two independent estate agents are then received before George Wimpey North East and the customer agree a marketing price for the current property based on the valuations.

George Wimpey North East and the appointed estate agents will then undertake an extensive marketing campaign to sell the current property, taking the stress out of the house selling process.
