Barratt North East is offering homebuyers reduced prices and a range of ‘Big Deals’ at its flagship Riverside Crescent development in Blaydon.

Move-up buyers could take advantage of the housebuilder’s famous part exchange service, while those with no home to sell could move in for just 70 per cent of the price.
