New season brings a new style from Barratt

28th September 2007 Print
Manor Grange Development Only a few months left until Christmas, so why not treat your family to an unforgettable festive break in a brand new warm and spacious home. On Christmas day, the kids have enough room to tear open their presents from under the tree and the new versatile kitchen will be a delight to prepare the traditional lunch in.

Barratt have a range of superb family homes ready to move in to before Christmas at Manor Grange. Located in Wingate, the development is within easy reach of Durham city centre shopping, but a welcoming retreat from the crowds, queues and last-minute rush.

Manor Grange sees the new season in with a new style - the fashionable 3-storey, 3-bedroom Sutton, priced from £170,250.

It is a popular design among families and young professionals, as the well-appointed rooms offer a variety of options to meet all lifestyle requirements.

The main living space is on the first floor, making it warmer, quieter and more secure. Features include a lounge/diner with balcony and a fitted kitchen with breakfast area. There is also an integral garage on the ground floor.

The downstairs single bedroom has easy access to a shower room with wc and the utility room so there are plenty of options. It could be used as a gym, office, games room or even a hideaway for teenagers.

Two double bedrooms occupy the second floor – one with an en suite shower room and one served by the main bathroom – accommodating the morning rush.

Wingate is located just 10 miles from Durham in a semi-rural environment, which has been restored to its natural roots following the departure of coal mining.

It is surrounded by attractive walking country and natural attractions include the impressive Castle Eden Dene. It is also well located for the A19 and Durham City, which is on the main East Coast London to Edinburgh railway line.

The sales office is open every day from 11am to 6pm. Alternatively, log on to Barratthomes.co.uk.
