First-time buyers Steven Whale and Leanne Burns are settling into their first home together, thanks to a helping hand from Barratt and a hassle-free move. Just three weeks after agreeing to buy, the couple were moving into their 3-bedroom house in their home village of Ushaw Moor, near Durham.

The property was priced to sell - and the housebuilder also helped with their legal fees and mortgage costs.
