Keeping it in the family with Bryant

Keeping it in the family with Bryant A housebuyer from Bishop Auckland has made a move to Bryant's Manor Park development in St Helen Auckland- five years after buying her first Bryant property in her home town. Even during the two years in between when Mandy Ramsay didn't live in a Bryant home she still stayed within the Taylor Wimpey family, living at a George Wimpey development in St Helen Auckland.

Mandy said: "These developments were just perfect from me - I love the feel of a new build home and, being from Bishop Auckland, I've always wanted to stay in the area.

"It was a coincidence that I stayed within the Taylor Wimpey family, as I was attracted to the developments because I liked the homes. I've always experienced the same high level of customer service at each development and I've found that the site managers and the sales executives have always been very friendly and helpful."

Mandy moved into a three bedroom detached Marston at Manor Park earlier this year, using one of Bryant's helpful offers. She continued: "I used Bryant's part exchange scheme when I moved to Manor Park and it worked out great. It took a lot of hassle out of the move because I didn't have to worry about selling my previous home."

Bev Russell, regional sales manager for Manor Park, said: "It's great when we hear about happy customers like Mandy, especially when they're so happy with the standard of home and the help they receive that they decide to buy at another one of our developments. I hope she has many happy years in her new home here at Manor Park."

Designed with contemporary family living in mind the three bedroom semi-detached and detached homes and four bedroom detached properties at Manor Park, off Leazes Lane, offer a relaxing retreat, nestled in the calming surroundings of the village of St Helen Auckland.

St Helen Auckland offers a relaxed atmosphere near to the Rivers Wear and Gaunless. The village has a good selection of amenities including pubs and restaurants and also benefits from being close to Bishop Auckland. This busy market town boasts over 200 shops and over 50 places to eat and drink, as well as tourist spot Auckland Castle.

Location wise Manor Park also has a great deal to offer. The development is in easy reach of the A688 and A1(M) routes north to Newcastle Upon Tyne and south to Darlington.
