Barratt to start new homes in Hetton

Stylish new homes for first-time buyers and families are coming to Hetton-le-Hole with the launch of an exciting new development on Colliery Lane. Barratt North East is due to start work in the new few weeks on the former depot site and will be providing a range of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes, including some of their most popular designs.

Another house style, the ‘Ripon’, is a 4-bedroom detached house with everything for a growing family with a spacious and light living room, and dining room with French doors. The design incorporates an integral garage yet still manages to provide a spacious fitted breakfasting kitchen complete with oven, hob and extractor hood. There is also a useful utility room and cloakroom, and an en suite to the main bedroom.
