Family living at affordable prices Thanks to the outstanding incentives currently available from Gladedale, homebuyers can now secure a three bedroom detached home for as little as £97,496 with no deposit at Regent Court in South Hetton.

Incentives from the local housebuilder allow homebuyers to fully own their property while paying only 75 per cent of the purchase price as Gladedale provides an interest free loan for up to 10 years to cover the difference.
