George Wimpey is offering a number of schemes at its Headway development in Hartlepool that can be tailor-made to suit buyers and make securing a brand new home simpler than ever.

The housebuilder is offering buyers with a home to sell its Easymover and Part Exchange packages, both of which have been designed to relieve the stress of moving house, while for first time buyers, the company has also just launched a new shared equity scheme.

With its Easymover package, George Wimpey will sell a buyers’ current property for them, appointing the estate agents, undertaking an extensive campaign to market the property as well as paying all the costs associated with the move including estate agents’ fees and survey costs.

The Part Exchange scheme involves George Wimpey buying the purchaser’s current house from them, leaving them free to move into their new home as soon as possible.
