Barratt sets new standards in South Wales Barratt is set for new heights with the launch of Burrium Gate at Usk where the Housebuilder of the Year is planning to build some of the region’s largest, and most expensive new homes.

Due to be launched on Thursday November 1 at Cwrt Bleddyn Hotel and Spa in Usk, buyers will be treated to the first details of the new homes which include a selection of four and five bedroom homes offering new levels of luxury from the large housebuilder.

Sales Director Sandra Dixon said the homes would be a first for Barratt Homes in South Wales and have been designed to cater for increased demand for its larger designs.

“South Wales is attracting an increasing number of people who want a combination of quality and luxury in a rural setting and at Burrium Gate we are creating a development we believe will become the most desirable address in the region.’’

She said the large detached homes be among the most desirable executive properties Barratt has built in the region.

Just 28 homes are set to be created here with each design focusing on distinction and elegance. Each property will be finished to the very highest standards and Barratt is also set to offer buyers an expansive choice of fixtures and fittings to tailor homes to a buyer’s individual requirements.
