Swap your selling woes for a new home in Cwmbran

Swap your selling woes for a new home in Cwmbran Selling your home could be easier than expected despite reports of house sale numbers falling, thanks to help on hand from Redrow in Llantarnam. The award-winning housebuilder is offering home hunters the opportunity to part-exchange at its traditionally inspired John Fielding Gardens development, helping those customers who need to sell up before moving in.

A recent survey by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS UK)* found that the average number of house sale transactions per month is at its lowest figure since the survey began in 1978, making part-exchange a welcome option for people who need to relocate or want to move to a more energy efficient, newly built home.

Available on selected plots, part exchange sees Redrow buying a customer's existing property (subject to criteria) and effectively exchanging it for a brand new home, taking the problem of finding a buyer, paying estate agency fees or becoming part of a chain, out of their hands and paving the way towards a new home.

Luly Brice, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South Wales), said: "This is the ideal option for people who want to move right away, but are being held back by their current house. We can take care of all that for them, leaving them to concentrate on their fabulous new Redrow home.

"If you've been searching for a place to live, close to the country with all the conveniences of a nearby town too John Fielding Gardens offers the ideal balance.

"Ideally situated in Llantarnam, on the fringes of Cwmbran, the development boasts a collection of traditionally designed homes constructed to the highest standard and featuring a wealth of individual detail. It also benefits from access to the M4 corridor making it convenient for Cardiff and Newport, or further afield to Bristol.

"All the homes feature landscaped gardens and the nearby Celtic Manor Hotel and Golf Resort will host the 2010 Ryder Cup, adding some extra prestige to the location. It has excellent education opportunities with primary and secondary schools nearby, plus a prestigious private school within a mile of the development."

Homes currently available include four and five-bedroom luxury homes with prices from £399,995.
