TAP Victoria offers air miles to passengers traveling with animals

The TAP Victoria Program is offering air miles to all members who travel with their pet animals. This special offer is valid on return flights operated by TAP from December 1 thu February 28 2007.

Air miles are earned for the transportation of animals whether in the cabin itself or luggage hold. In this way, members of the TAP Victoria Program who transport animals on national flights can earn 100 bonus air miles.

In the same way, passengers are entitled to 250 bonus air miles if they travel to Europe and can even earn 500 extra air miles on international flights.

For these air miles to be credited to their accounts, passengers must send their boarding card together with their respective Victoria card number and receipt for the transportation of their pet animal, by March 15 2007. Air miles shall be credited within six to eight weeks after the respective documents have been sent in.

Departure and final destination points determine the number of fixed air miles which passengers shall earn. Thus, connecting flights are considered part of a single journey.
