Easier access to TAP check-in online

To provide its passengers with more convenience, TAP has launched a new access project for its check-in online service that has already been adopted by the following hotels: Dom Pedro (Lisbon), Lutécia (Rome), Sana Metropolitan, Mundial, Tivoli (Lisbon) and Tivoli (Tejo). Avis will also make this service available in its branches in Lisbon, Porto and Faro.

Passengers only need to request access to the website, at the participating hotel reception desks or Avis branches and then proceed with their check-in online. Access to the website is free and a printer will also be on-hand to print out their boarding card.

The check-in via the Internet is only complete after the boarding card has been printed out. This document which is personal and non-transferable, will be requested at the boarding gate. For this reason, TAP recommends passengers themselves print out their cards and as soon as they have completed their check-in online.
