TAP Corporate Plus to encourage company fidelity

27th March 2007 Print
TAP launched its new fidelity program – TAP Corporate Plus – onto the portuguese market this month, aimed at the business segment via which it proposes companies will gain from reduced costs and more efficient management of business trips.

With TAP Corporate Plus all tickets flown with TAP by company employees are credited to a company account in corporate points that can later be converted into free trips and upgrades.

The more companies purchase and fly with TAP, the more corporate points they accumulate in their account.

With TAP Corporate Plus these become advantages for the company, with employees still simultaneously benefiting from the accumulation of air miles in their respective individual Victoria frequent-flyer programs.

Enrollment in the program is straightforward and companies need only sign up via the Tap-corporate.com website.

Alexandra Galhardo, in charge of TAP Corporate sales explains that “when signing up companies register the numbers of the credit cards that will be used to pay for trips. Via these numbers the program calculates revenue and credits the respective corporate points to the company account".

Using a username and password, customers are able to check their corporate points balance via the Tap-corporate.com website, as well as how points have accumulated and how they may be used.
