TAP elected “Best Airline Company” by Publituris newspaper

TAP has won the prize as “Best Airline Company” awarded by the Publituris newspaper for the fourth consecutive year, once again picking up the majority vote of the readers of this prestigious publication.

The airline company was also singled out by the Publituris 2006 Awards jury, composed of personalities of great renown from the tourism segment, and awarded the “Business Distinction” prize.

Voting for the 2006 Publituris Awards was held online over a three-week period and totaled more than seven thousand votes, with trophies to be awarded to the winners at the Annual Tourism Gala held last week in Cascais.

These awards which are the result of the vote of those who are in daily contact with customers and know their preferences well, in addition to qualified personnel in the trade, are the crowning moment of a year of activity in which TAP has continued to make steady progress towards becoming ever the more a company of Portugal and the Portuguese people.
