TAP to introduce signed in-flight safety videos

From September, TAP is introducing new items in the Safety Instruction videos shown on board its aircraft in an effort to meet the needs of its passengers. In addition to this, besides the regular narration in Portuguese and English, videos will now have a sign language “window”, also in both languages.

The Safety Instruction video is shown on all aircraft in the Company fleet and all flights in its network.

Along the same lines and also with the aim of more adequately meeting its customers’ expectations and providing for their well-being and comfort, an In-Flight Exercise video is also offered only on long-haul flights. It contains practical demonstrations of exercises and relaxation recommended on longer duration flights and now also has sign-language along the same lines as above.
