New daily TAP flights connect Madeira to Rome and Milan

From October 28 Madeira will have new TAP connections between Funchal and the Italian cities of Rome and Milan. The new flights designated as through-flights (with passenger check-in and baggage dispatch thru to final destination) will help facilitate connections between Madeira and Italy.

Funchal - Rome flights depart on a daily basis at 7:30am with arrival in the Italian capital at 2pm. In the reverse direction, departure from Rome is at 12:20pm and arrival in Funchal at 4:50pm.

The new Funchal - Milan connection departs Aeroporto Internacional da Madeira at 7:05am and arrives at its destination at 1:15pm. From Milan to Madeira flights depart at 7:20pm and arrive at 11:40pm.

With the start on another daily flight from Lisbon to Rome on September 15 and a new Porto-Rome connection, TAP will be operating a total of 12 flights a day between Portugal and Italy. Three flights from Lisbon to Milan, two Porto - Milan, four Lisbon - Rome, one Porto - Rome, one daily flight from Lisbon to Venice and another from Lisbon to Bologna.
