TAP makes inaugural flight to Belo Horizonte

The first TAP flight between Lisbon and Belo Horizonte was held this Monday, February 11 departing at 10am and arriving in the capital of the State of Minas Gerais at 5:30pm.

This new TAP route is operated using A330 aircraft with a capacity of 259 passengers. The Company is making five flights a week available in either direction on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Flights from Lisbon/Belo Horizonte shall continue at the time of the inaugural flight - departing at 10am and arriving at 5:30pm - and in the reverse direction depart Tancredo Neves Airport at 7pm and arrive in the Portuguese capital at 6:05am the following day.

TAP now offers 65 flights a week between Europe and Brazil, a country where it flies to eight destinations: besides Belo Horizonte, it also serves Rio de Janeiro, S. Paulo, Brasília, Salvador, Natal, Recife and Fortaleza.
