TAP inaugurates new Premium Space at Lisbon Airport

TAP has inaugurated its new Premium Space (Premium Customer Centre), an innovative multifaceted structure where Classe Executiva (Business Class) customers or Victoria Program gold card holders and TAP Corporate card holders are now attended to in an exclusive zone within Lisbon airport.

This new space located at Terminal 1 and at the entry to the Departures area, will offer passengers more speed and efficiency prior to their departure by offering differentiated check-in and also the possibility of dealing with any travel-related matter in a single place.

Creation of this new Premium space will help to reinforce business traffic at Lisbon Airport and reflects the strong investment the Company has been making in the business travel sector, creating a set of products and services aimed at this passenger profile valorizing comfort, speed and flexibility. The opening of this innovative structure also marks the start-up of a new commercial strategy for the Company characterized by sweeping changes to its offer of flights segmented into five products in all and incorporating a variety of personalized travel options open to customer choice.

The new TAP commercial philosophy “Embark on Freedom of Choice, 1 flight, 5 ways to travel” reflects a new commercial positioning by the Company that is now part of a select group of airline companies with this type of offer. This innovative concept in Portugal seeks to differentiate TAP from the competition, improving the service it provides to customers, developing business traffic and attracting more customers, offering a product that corresponds to the expectations of the various market segments.

Giving more thought again to TAP business class passengers or Victoria Program gold card holders or TAP Corporate card holders, new initiatives are underway such as the opening in the month of July of the new lounge, constituting a significant upgrade to the one currently offered by the Company both in terms of space, comfort and new functions, without doubt at the level of the best in the industry.
