TAP offers new Premium Boarding service

In line with its efforts to continuously improve its customer services, TAP now offers its TAP Executive customers and holders of Victoria Gold, TAP Corporate and Star Gold cards more personalised attendance and a new, exclusive service at Lisbon Airport: Premium Boarding.

With this new feature, TAP guarantees its Premium customers complete comfort and peace of mind at departure time, adding to a range of other tailor-made services, including exclusive check-in desks, a Premium Customer Centre at Lisbon Airport and the Green Way (a fast-track channel through security control for quicker access to the departure lounge).

In addition to these benefits, and now with the launch of Premium Boarding, TAP offers these customers access to a dedicated area at the departure gate; the option to board at a time of their choosing and, for long-haul flights, transport to the aircraft in private buses (when the boarding bridge is not used).

With this initiative, TAP takes another step towards a consolidated strategy to provide superior levels of service by continuing its efforts to improve its offer to those who value top-level comfort and service when they travel and ensuring greater convenience and better customer care.

For operational reasons, there is no dedicated area for certain medium-haul flights, but customers can still board when they wish until the gate closes.
