Additional Tenerife-Manchester flight for HCCT Holidays passengers

In response to the announcement earlier this week that HCCT Holidays has gone into administration, Monarch is to lay on an additional flight from Tenerife to Manchester to aid passengers affected by the company's collapse.

Flight ZB563 will depart from Tenerife at 1010 local time on Friday 5th January, arriving back in Manchester at 1420. Flights are on sale now via flyMonarch.com or by calling Monarch's reservations department on 08700 40 50 40.

The CAA is currently issuing the following advice to CT2 and Loco flights customers.

We understand that:

CT2 & LOCO Flights have entered into administration

The CAA, under its ATOL (Air Travel Organiser's Licensing) scheme, is currently making arrangements, with airlines, for customers abroad who booked with CT2 & Loco flights to complete their holidays and return to the UK.

Passengers with bookings who have not yet travelled:

All passengers will get a full refund, following application to the CAA.

You should contact the CAA on 028 9185 6547, speak to your travel agent about making a claim to the CAA or visit the ATOL website at www.atol.org.uk.

You will need to re-book your travel plans accordingly.
