Monarch issues passenger advice in light of increased security at UK airports

3rd July 2007 Print
Following the recent security alerts in the UK the terror threat has been raised to critical and security at all UK airports has been increased.

Passengers travelling on flights are advised to arrive at their departure airport as normal for check-in. Set-down areas in front of the terminal buildings at a number of airports have been closed however and drivers are asked to follow the diversion signs at the airports when dropping off or picking passengers up.

Hand baggage restrictions on all flights remain unchanged.
