Award winning low fares airline, flyMonarch.com is once again leading the way in technology as it introduces Google’s new Custom Search Business Edition into its FAQs site search, meaning improvements to the speed, accuracy and context that customers can return search results on their questions.

The introduction of the Google search engine has reduced inbound email by an extra 30% since launch at the start of November. The tool has also been highly customised to include specific FAQ information for flyMonarch.com’s key partners, including hotel accommodation, car hire, car parking and travel insurance.
