Monarch reviews programmes to Cancun

Following on from the Foreign & Commonwealth Office lifting the advice against all but essential travel to Mexico, Monarch is currently reviewing its flight and holiday programmes to Cancun for travel after Tuesday 26 May 2009.

All customers booked with Monarch Holidays and due to travel to Mexico during this time will be contacted and offered an alternative destination, a postponement of their holiday to a later date, or if no suitable alternative can be found, cancellation of their holiday with a refund of the holiday cost.

Monarch Holidays customers booked to travel to Cancun between 27 May and 09 June may choose to amend their booking and transfer their holiday to an alternative destination.

Monarch will continue to monitor the situation and Foreign Office recommendations closely and further updates will be published on monarch.co.uk when they are available.
