airBaltic to open second sales office in Riga

airBaltic is pleased to announce that airline will open its second sales and consultation office in Riga at the Reval Hotel Latvija on February 4.

The office will offer information about services, sell tickets, change passenger names, dates and routes, receive payments for baggage transport, sell tickets for the express bus between the Riga airport and the city centre, provide services related to the Eurobonus programme, sell the prepaid airBalticcard Mobile phone card, and sell the airline’s souvenirs.

Bertolt Flick, President and CEO of airBaltic: "As our airline undergoes dynamic development, it is of key importance for us not only to offer new routes and services, but also to become more easily available to our clients.

“We are developing and improving our web-based solutions and introducing new services, at the same time opening new sales and consultations offices for direct contacts. Last year we opened an airBaltic office in Daugavpils, now we’re opening this one in Riga, and our plans include similar facilities in Liepaja, Ventspils, Jelgava and Valmiera."

The airBaltic sales and consultation office at the Reval Hotel Latvija will be open from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

The first airBaltic sales and consultation office in Riga was opened at the Berga Bazaar in November 2003. It is open on weekdays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and on Saturdays from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Tickets for airBaltic flights can also be purchased at the airline’s booking-office at the Riga airport and at its homepage Airbaltic.lv.
