airBaltic teams up with British Airways to offer new destinations

A new agreement between the Latvian national airline airBaltic and British Airways will allow passengers to access a wide range of destinations in the United States, Canada, Africa, South America, India, as well as exotic countries such as Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, Antigua and Barbuda.

During this year's winter season, airBaltic passengers will be able to take advantage of this partnership by flying to 13 cities in the United States via London - Atlanta, Boston, Dallas, Denver, Phoenix, Philadelphia, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, Orlando, San Francisco, Tampa, and Washington DC.

airBaltic partner British Airways also offers flights to Calgary, Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver in Canada, as well as to Abuja in Nigeria, Accra in Ghana, Antigua in Antigua and Barbuda, Bangalore in India, Bridgetown in Barbados, Buenos Aires in Argentina, Chennai in India, Dhaka in Bangladesh, Entebbe in Uganda, Grand Cayman in the Cayman Islands, Grenada, Kingston in Jamaica, Calcutta in India, Kuwait, Luanda in Angola, Mexico City, Nassau in the Bahamas, Port of Spain in Trinidad and Tobago, Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo in Brazil, Singapore, Sydney in Australia, and Tunis in Tunisia.

The partnership will allow passengers to purchase airBaltic and British Airways tickets for a special price; for example, one-way flight ticket from Riga to Sydney will start at LVL 493, including airport fees and transaction costs.

airBaltic currently offers a daily direct flights from Riga to London. Passengers also have access to links to London via Stockholm, Copenhagen and Vilnius.
