The Terminal 5 B Galleries Club lounge, open to customers travelling in First, Club World or Club Europe cabins, plus Gold and Silver Executive Club members, includes:

* The Silver Bar

Customers travelling in First will also continue to be able to enjoy the Concorde Room and Gold Executive Club members can continue to use the Galleries First lounge which are both located in the Terminal 5A southern Galleries lounge area.

British Airways is recommending that customers flying from Terminal 5 B leave Terminal 5 A a minimum of 35 minutes before departure to reach the boarding gate no later than 20 minutes prior to their flight leaving.

Fast Track lanes for ticket presentation and security in the Flight Connections area have also been introduced to help make transferring through Terminal 5 even easier and quicker.
