BA slashes cost of business travel

26th May 2009 Print
British Airways has launched a sale with up to 40 per cent off its business class fares.

The sale, which will run until June 30, spans the globe with headline savings to be had on Club returns to New York from £1099 (saving up to £737), Sydney from £2899 (saving up to £900), Johannesburg from £1999 (saving up to £998), Bermuda from £1349 (saving up to £837) and Paris from £269 (saving up to £73).

Richard Tams, BA's head of UK & I sales, said: "These are amazing savings. Our customers can travel in real style and luxury, pampering themselves with a spa treatment in our lounges at Terminal 5 before enjoying a fully flat bed on long haul flights - all for a fraction of the normal price."

Other destinations include USA, Canada, South and Central America.

British Airways' Club World customers benefit from greater comfort and privacy on board with a fully flat six-foot bed, audio and video on demand and a Club Kitchen where they can help themselves to snacks in between meals. They are also welcome to use the airline's Club World lounges and Elemis Travel Spa (located at Heathrow's Terminal 5 and New York's JFK).

Club Europe customers also benefit from access to the airline's lounges, more room on board and a convenient network and schedule.

The sale is now on and runs until June 30, 2009 for selected travel dates between June 1 and October 31, 2009. All ticket prices quoted are return fares and include all taxes, fees and charges.
