A weekend camping in Slovenia

From beaches and mountains to vineyards and castles, Slovenia has lots to offer and won’t break the bank either.
With only a short flight time from the UK, it’s ideal for a weekend break. And, now that the country has just joined the Euro, you can also use spending money left over from other holidays in Europe.
A must see is the capital Ljubljana with its pretty churches, old city walls and lively café society.
Why not try a glass of locally made wine or head to the wine warehouse in Provin, just a 10 minute taxi ride north of Ljubljana – where you can choose from 800 varieties and sample a selection for free. Slovenia’s actually quite famous for wine, but not much of it finds its way to Britain.
Eurocamp's new Ljubljana parc is located by the Sava River, only four miles from the city. This modern well-equipped parc boasts an impressive pool complex, poolside bars, restaurant, gym and even a feng shui area.
Three nights in May in a mobile home at Ljubljana costs £310 for two adults sharing a Deauville mobile home - accommodation only. Low cost flights are available from the UK to Lubljana with Easyjet and Wizz.
