Bowled over by World Cup Cricket holidays

12th February 2007 Print
Caribbean World Cup Cricket comes to the Caribbean throughout March and April 2007. One of the best ways to get see to the games is to stay in a staffed house or villa, where in a home from home, tropical setting, cooks, butlers and gardeners take care of the chores, while guests enjoy the games.

Specialist villa holiday company Owners’ Syndicate has come up with a range of WCC houses, with flights, on a choice of Caribbean islands.

Between 5th and the 19th March the island of Trinidad is hosting games by Ireland, South Africa, Canada, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bermuda, India, and Bangladesh. One of the Caribbean’s most sought after houses, `Villa Ohana’, on the neighbouring island of Tobago, can be booked during this period for a two week stay for just £1459, for 8 to share, including return flights from Gatwick on 3rd March, returning on 17th.

Villa Ohana’s two housekeepers prepare local cuisine, guests can relax by one of two swimming pools, on the barbecue terrace, the virtually private beach and in the Jacuzzi, and be pampered with creature comforts that include home made soaps, woven slippers and plush dressing gowns.

Staff also includes a night watchman and a gardener and the price includes a 20% saving off usual prices, for departure on 3rd March.
