For holidaying with friends or for family get-togethers, an innovative new website - cottagesforgroups.com - has property ‘clusters’ which accommodate up to 108 people. The website is the brainchild of Coastal Cottages of Pembrokeshire and follows demand from groups of all shapes and sizes that want to take a short break or holiday together.

The biggest ‘cluster’ is the Ivy Tower Village near Tenby, with 19 cottages accommodating up to 108 people and where the properties are set in 10 acres of meadows complete with indoor pool, gym, sauna, tennis court and children’s play area.

A four-night, low-season break using all properties would cost £4268…but that’s just £44 per person.

For a smaller group, Orlandon Farm Cottages, close to St Brides beach, can accommodate up to 33 people in five properties, while Cresswell Quay Cottages – four former mill buildings on the Cleddau estuary with a private, riverside garden – can sleep up to 29 people. Again, with full occupancy of all cottages on a short break, prices start from as little as £30 each.

As well as accommodation, the company can also pre-book restaurants, activity days, boat trips etc.
