This year Lake Wörthersee is ringing in the summer by hosting its first Ladies Only Weekend. The region around the glamorous summer resort of Velden is putting on a string of special events and offers for female visitors as part of its annual Summer Opening weekend. An alluring mix of beauty, wellness, sports and entertainment awaits female guests of all ages. The weekend kicks off with a celebratory feast at the casino in Velden, completed by a bartending show featuring cocktail masters ‘Teatro Banal’. Day 2 begins with Qi Gong and stretching exercises, while the rest of the day is dedicated to Nordic Walking and Golf.
Further highlights include Ladies Only car test rides, beauty, salsa and skating workshops, a shopping tour to nearby Udine as well as a fashion show. The Carinthia Card provides free entry to more than 100 of Carinthia's destinations and attractions or entitles you to generous discounts from numerous bonus partners.
