Berlin & the Bode Museum

The long-awaited reopening of the spectacular Bode Museum on Museum Island is the focus of this short stay, led by resident Berliner Tom Abbott.

Florence Revisited

In spite of her great fame, Florence still holds a number of secrets, as we shall discover with British-born Antonia Lanza d’Ajeta, an adoptive Florentine.

Art in Madrid
5 nights: 12th – 17th November 2007
With the multi-million euro expansion of its three largest museums, a new era of art is beginning for Madrid. During our stay, we will be received as guests at several homes with private art collections.

Advent in Salzburg
3 nights: 5th – 8th December 2007
A stately city on a small scale, Salzburg is set in lovely scenery and is ideal for a short break. We will explore the Mozart associations and enjoy the Advent atmosphere.
