Exclusive CV spreads its wings

CV Travel, renowned for holidays to exclusive villas and hotels in Europe and Morocco since 1972, has launched a long haul programme featuring some of the finest villas and hotels in the Caribbean, luxurious and opulent hotels in largely undiscovered Oman, and villas and boutique hotels in South Africa’s western cape and in Cape Town.

The sumptuous 88 page CV Travel faraway brochure also includes exclusive safaris to distinctive private game lodges.

Managing Director Debbie Marshall said “This is a significant new departure for CV Travel in this, our 35th year of business. The introduction of our dedicated Morocco brochure in 2005 and the acquisition of Ski Verbier enabled us to offer our clientele year-round holiday choices, and we have expanded this considerably for 2007 with the launch of our new long haul programme”.

The Caribbean is a major focus of the new long haul programme and CV are featuring the top houses on the well known islands of Barbados, Jamaica and Tobago, as well as a carefully chosen portfolio of houses on smaller islands, such as the British Virgin islands and Anguilla.

Typically `CV’ is Fustic House, one of Barbados’ most luxurious villas and one of the world’s top rental properties. This 18th century Plantation house is approached down an impressive palm-flanked driveway, set amid exotic gardens, planted with orchids and tropical plants, with elegantly furnished rooms and views to the Caribbean. The house has an unique, lagoon swimming pool, 6 double air conditioned suites and a staff of 14, including a chef.

In South Africa CV Travel has selected villas and boutique hotels in and around Cape Town, including the lovely Sunset House, a family home idyllically set above a wide sandy beach with sea views from three bedrooms and its own pool. Safaris can be arranged two private game reserves, each with swimming pools, air conditioned lodges, spas and tennis.
