Save pounds this bank holiday with Park Resorts

The new menu which is available at restaurants and bars at selected holiday parks includes dishes which are marked with the Sparky* or Naarky symbol as low in fat, healthy, or counting towards five fruit and vegetables a day in line with Government guidelines.
Healthy choices include poached salmon, jacket potatoes, a selection of salads and traditional dishes like liver with bacon and onions in gravy.
Park Resorts is offering the new healthy option menu at 17 holiday parks, with a the most popular items available at a further eight holiday parks, plus a new children’s menu from just £3.75, including a fruit drink at most parks.
Families can also save pounds with some late deals over the Spring Bank Holiday weekend with three nights at Valley Farm at Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, costing £189, saving £62, or three nights at Lower Hyde, Isle of Wight costing £209, saving £134. Prices are based on arrivals on May 25 staying in Bronze two bedroom caravan accommodation.
